Chapter 2
Ryan Walker grit his teeth as sweat poured down his face and neck. He struggled to keep going, knowing he didn't have much longer, but it was already too late. He told himself to hang on, but he knew it was only a matter of time. The moment came faster than he expected.
Ryan's whole body went rigid as Heavenly Hawk rode on top of him, bouncing up and down on his cock at a furious pace. Her long blonde hair flew around her moaning face as he let out a groan and came, shooting his hot seed up into her. She cried out while her fingers dug into his chest, and the feathered wings on her back flapped as they always did when she had an orgasm.
Alley Cat lay on the bed next to them, watching while she twisted a nipple with one hand, and played with herself with the other hand. "Oh, yeah, baby. That's it. You're gonna make me--"
She shuddered as her thighs squeezed together tightly, her tail went rigid, and the pointed ears on the top of her head flattened. Watching her cum made Ryan shudder a few more times.
An alarm rang out through the bedroom, followed by the small bud in Ryan's ear saying in a woman's voice, "We've got trouble, people. The Iron Legion is back."
"We'll be right there, Nora." Heavenly Hawk sighed as she crawled off of Ryan. "Just in time. Come along, my darlings."
Her butt jiggled as she hurried over to her white bodysuit and pulled it on. Meanwhile, Alley Cat crawled over to give Ryan a kiss.
"That was hot shit," Alley Cat sighed. "Love to watch you almost as much as I love to fuck you."
Ryan chuckled a little. "Thanks, I like both."
"It'll be my turn next, though." Alley Cat crawled off the bed and ran for her leather catsuit lying on the floor nearby.
Ryan sat up and pressed his hand on the circular tattoo on his shoulder that activated his implant. In a flash, his body grew and swelled with muscles, turning him into the superhero Paragon.
He ran for his own costume and slipped it on before chasing after the others down the stairs. They had taken a break from patrolling to have a little afternoon delight, and he was glad they had kept their costumes. They left the bedroom to head into the bookstore Heavenly Hawk and Alley Cat lived over. Racing through the narrow hidden corridor led them to the Nest, the secret hideout where they could leave without drawing attention to Hawk's secret identity.
Heavenly Hawk and Paragon could fly, so it was just a matter of climbing up to the roof and taking off. Alley Cat took a moment to strap on a jetpack that Night Woman had designed for her. It made their travel easier than when Paragon had to carry her to battles.
She whooped as the rockets launched her into the air, and she did several barrel rolls over his head. "Try to keep up, baby!"
Heavenly Hawk laughed. "In your dreams, darling. I could fly rings around you."
"Maybe, but you won't look as good doing it!"
The three of them flew over Eros City, headed for their main headquarters, the Watchtower.
When they flew through the massive clock face, they found Night Woman already waiting for them at the large circular table in the middle of the room. She wore a suit of black armor that covered her from head to toe. Only the breast-shaped contours and rounded hips of the suit gave away her gender.
When she touched a button on her hip, the mask of the armor swung open to reveal the gentle face of billionaire Nora Langley.
Once again, Paragon was struck by how beautiful she was. He felt like an idiot longing for another girl when he already had two girlfriends, but he did want to get together with Nora. He couldn't really tell if she was attracted to him or not, but it had been only a week since they first met.
Night Woman walked over to Heavenly Hawk and Alley Cat and gave them both a kiss. "How are you?"
Alley Cat stretched her arms over her head. "Great, now that I had a good fuck."
Night Woman raised an eyebrow. "Yes, speaking of which, you should turn off your communicators next time. Unless you actually wanted to broadcast the sound of you all having sex."
Alley Cat's ears pricked up. "Oh, did you like it?"
Heavenly Hawk slapped her shoulder. "Cat, hush. I'm sorry, Nora. We'll be more careful next time."
Night Woman nodded at Paragon. "Can you also bring out Electronica?"
"Oh, right." He looked up. "Electronica!"
A swirling cloud of blue particles formed that came together into a floating woman in varying shades of blue from her flowing hair to her boots.
Electronica bowed her head. "I am here, Master."
Alley Cat's ears popped up again. "Oo, I like the sound o' that. Can I call you Master, too, baby?"
Paragon laughed and shook his head. "Uh, I guess."
Electronica shook her head. "As the artificial intelligence of his ATLAS implant, I can only have one master."
"Shit."
Night Woman closed her helmet and her voice came out distorted. "All right, enough with the flirting. We have a serious situation. The Iron Legion is attacking Marino Laboratories."
"The Iron Legion," Heavenly Hawk growled. "Bloody hell."
Alley Cat yelled, "Fuck those assholes!"
Paragon didn't disagree. This could get ugly.
The Iron Legion was an army of Neo-Nazis that worked for the Iron Cross, one of the oldest and deadliest enemies who ever set foot in Eros City or anywhere else in the world. That's because the Iron Cross was the most evil man who ever lived, Adolf Hitler.
In the 1940s, when the US government first invented the ATLAS implant that gave human beings superpowers, they created Captain Alpha, the first superhero. There was a race to duplicate it in every country in the world, but the Germans got there first. Their implant, only the second one ever made, was put into the Nazi leader and turned him into a superstrong warrior who could control metal. Unfortunately, the process left his skin covered in intersecting scars so Hitler wore a metal mask and renamed himself the Iron Cross.
The Iron Cross had fled Germany after losing World War II, and settled in the United States where he continued his goal of trying to achieve world domination and rid the world of other races.
Unfortunately, there were enough crazy people in the world to follow him as the Iron Legion. The Iron Cross and his Legion had been Captain Alpha's sworn enemy for decades.
Night Woman typed on a keyboard. "From the police reports, it sounds like the Iron Cross is after the laboratory's quantum pulse generator. It's supposed to harness gravitational fields to generate limitless power. However, in the wrong hands, it could generate a gravitational collapse that could destroy whole cities. A sort of miniature black hole or a bomb more powerful than a nuclear weapon without radioactive fallout."
Heavenly Hawk narrowed her eyes behind her mask. "Definitely not the sort of thing you want in the hands of a psychotic Nazi."
"Exactly." Night Woman stood up. "We need to stop them. Grant and his squad are on the scene, but they can't handle something like this. Let's go."
Detective Morrison Grant was a member of the Special Enhanced Individual Response Unit, a task force dedicated to fighting the supervillains plaguing the city, but they could only do so much.
The five of them got up and flew out of the clock tower, headed for Marino Laboratories.
As they flew, Paragon heard Electronica's voice in his head along with text scrolling across his vision.
NEW MISSION: DEFEAT THE IRON LEGION
REWARD: 5,000 XP
As Paragon flew closer, some of the Iron Legion pointed at him. Paragon couldn't hear what they said, but he guessed it was something like "kill that guy" because the tank's turret swiveled around to fire a shell at him.
He had been just about to land when the blast sent him hurtling across the street and crashing into a supermarket window.
He rolled on the tiled floor until he slammed into a check-out counter.
Paragon looked up at the shocked cashier and gave him a weak smile. "Sorry, you know how it is."
The clerk waved his hands. "Yeah, yeah, don't worry about it. Go kick their Nazi asses, Paragon!"
Other people in the supermarket clapped and cheered.
Paragon got up and leaped out of the window, back onto the street. The Iron Legion had engaged the rest of his team, firing their laser rifles at the four costumed women.
With her white bodysuit and wings coming out of her back, Heavenly Hawk looked like an avenging angel as she swooped down on a soldier, grabbed him by the collar, and carried him up into the sky. His weapon went flying several feet away as she dropped him into a group of police officers nearby.
As she flew off, another woman in a black catsuit flipped over the tank, landed next to one of the soldiers, and slashed the laser rifle in half with her clawed fingers. Like the animal she had once been before a mad scientist transformed her, Alley Cat hissed as she hacked the soldier apart before leaping away to avoid laser beams flashing around her.
Normally, Heavenly Hawk would have tried to stop Alley Cat from killing their enemies, but she didn't seem bothered by her killing Iron Legionnaires.
Electronica hovered over the scene while lightning bolts shot out of her fingers to strike two more soldiers who went into convulsions as they dropped their guns. As always, Electronica had a blank expression on her face.
Meanwhile, Night Woman flew over the street, firing rockets at the black armored soldiers, sending some of them flying into the air on balls of flame.
Paragon grit his teeth as he decided he needed to put an end to the fight, once and for all. He took off, flying across the street into the tank and slammed his hands onto the side of the tank. The metal armor buckled like cardboard so it let him get a grip on the tank.
The turret tried to swivel towards him, but couldn't move fast enough. He grunted as he dug his fingers in and tore the armored wall of the tank open.
Three Iron Legion soldiers sat inside at the tank's controls, staring at him frozen in shock. One recovered quickly enough to grab his rifle and fire some shots at Paragon.
"Die, filthy mongrel!" the soldier yelled.
The laser bolts flashed against Paragon's chest, but didn't burn their way through, just make him mad.
He normally had a policy against killing his enemies, but the Iron Legion really pushed it. Paragon wanted to crush the tank like a tin can with all of them inside. Instead, he grabbed the soldier shooting him and punched him out of the tank, across the street, and into the side of a police van. With his armor, the Iron Legionnaire would survive, barely.

As he climbed down, two of the Iron Legion soldiers charged at Paragon, both wearing gloves that had a weird pulsing red light. He had seen the same glowing energy on weapons used by Earthmover's gang, and they had the same effect.
The Iron Legionnaire to his right swung a punch at Paragon's head. The glove gave off a flash of red light on impact, and it felt like a grenade going off against his jaw. Paragon staggered back just as the second Iron Legionnaire punched his chest, sending him flying back.
"Electronica," he yelled, "nail 'em!"
Electronica called out, "I do not understand the words 'nail 'em.' Clarify."
Before he could give her a command, another Iron Legionnaire came running up to Paragon, but he didn't wear any special gloves. The soldier did a flip into Paragon, kicking him in the chest. As the Iron Legionnaire landed, he grabbed Paragon's arm, and flipped him into the other two soldiers who punched him. Paragon found himself being swung and knocked between the three soldiers, trying to regain his balance.
Alley Cat roared as she leaped into the circle. With her claws flashing, she moved fast enough to cut through the armor on the men to slice open their throats.
As they fell to the ground, dead, Paragon once again felt no sympathy for them. These guys were Nazis, literal Nazis.
He looked around to see the rest of the Iron Legion had been beaten. The police swarmed in, firing weapons and slapping handcuffs onto the survivors. Paragon's team gathered around him as he got up.

He nodded. "Yeah, I'm good."
Dust flew up as Night Woman landed next to him on jets. "You need more combat training, Paragon. You have strength, but you don't know how to use it."
"I know. I'll work on it." He raised his eyes to Electronica. "Could have used a few lightning bolts, too."
Electronica bowed her head. "Understood."
Once again, Paragon was reminded that as a holographic computer program, she wasn't capable of making decisions on her own. He needed to teach her to be more self-sufficient in battle.
Detective Grant chewed on a piece of gum as he walked up to Night Woman and smiled. "Good job. You're a real credit to the Night Watchman."
Night Woman just nodded.
Paragon couldn't help smirking. Night Woman had introduced herself to Grant as the successor to the Night Watchman, a legendary hero who had fought for Eros City for decades. She claimed the Night Watchman had retired and given her a new suit. In reality, Nora Langley was the original Night Watchman's daughter who had carried on the legacy for years as the third Night Watchman until Heavenly Hawk convinced her to be herself.
Detective Grant turned to Paragon. "You didn't do so bad, either, kid."
That was the highest praise he had ever gotten from Grant, so he just said, "Thanks. Your guys didn't do so bad, either."
Grant popped his gum. "Yeah, I think we would've had 'em if it hadn't been for that fucking tank. You made short work o' that. Maybe one day you'll be as good as Captain Alpha."
Heavenly Hawk's wings fluttered in annoyance. "That's not fair. Paragon shouldn't be compared to Captain Alpha, and he isn't trying to be Captain Alpha. He's his own bloody man."
"Whatever. Just can't wait to see the Big Guy back in action."
Paragon decided not to push it and just took off. As he flew over the city, Electronica, Heavenly Hawk, Alley Cat, and Night Woman followed him into the clouds and he couldn't hold back a smile. Things were going all right.

Across the street, standing behind a barricade, Serra Chen watched Paragon turn into a streak in the sky. She smiled as her partner Tyler lowered his camera.
"Okay," he said, "we got some great footage here. You wanna just wrap this up into its own story? I can have it online in a couple hours."
Serra shook her head as she continued to follow Paragon fading from view. "No way. I need this footage for the real deal. A documentary."
"On what?"
Her smile widened. "Paragon's secret identity."
Tyler looked down at his smartphone and took a step back. "Whoa. Serra? I think you're gonna want to check this out."
