Super Babes Character Profile: Captain Alpha

By popular demand, I'm going to be releasing character profiles from Super Babes, a sort of Marvel Universe-type treatment of the heroes, villains, and citizens of the series. I call it Superbabepedia.

Powers: The ability to generate force fields that cannot be broken by any known means except the rare element tellurium. The force fields are under Captain Alpha's complete control and can be as large as a two-story building or a small as an atom. He often uses them to surround other objects and move them around or carry himself through the air. Captain Alpha also maintains a force field around himself at all times, making him invulnerable. The force field also gives him a heightened physique that resists illness and aging, making him close to immortal.


HISTORY:
Little is known of Captain Alpha's history, except that he was a soldier in the U.S. Army during World War II when he was offered the chance to participate in an experiment, the implantation of the first working ATLAS implant. He was one of dozens of subjects, all of whom died during the experiment except for him. He developed the power to generate force fields, and was given the name and costume Captain Alpha. He helped win World War II and continued to fight enemies in America for decades. In later years, he focused his attention on Eros City and joined with Heavenly Hawk and the Night Watchman to form the Trinity.
